We offer eat in or a take out service on our food and drinks. Anyone is welcome to use the cafe you dont even have to be doing a class or activity just pop in for a coffee meet up with your friends for a chat Warm welcome for everyone. No food and drinki is to be bought onto the premesise that has not been purchased from the cafe the only exceptions are BABIES,SQUAD GYMNASTS ON SNACK BREAKS and all gymnasts may take their own water bottle into the gym durring their class.
